I lived here for 1 years. The Apartment we agreed on was not what I got. Apartment that was given to me was not ready. Renovations were still being done when I moved..There is construction going on and I do not recall a letter being sent out to the tenant about the construction. I work from home and the noise (smh) There was no signs posted for safety. Nails, Debris left around the apartment building and on the steps. The banging knocked my wine glasses off the rack. I appreciate the updates on the building but tenants should have been notified so they can make arrangements if they are working from home.

*Update* - Since I cannot reply to the apartments reply, I’ll just update my initial comment. I have still not been contacted by anybody in the collections department. The final move out statement had no phone number. Just an email. And once again, if your policy is to bill residents for wear and tear of things in the apartment that’s fine but I do not believe billing for Water and service fees for months that have already paid for is fine. Like I said. I have still not heard from anybody in the collections office and it’s almost 3 weeks now. The fact that the leasing office has nothing to do with final move out statements when they are inspecting and reporting the state of the apartment and outstanding balances does not make sense to me. Again, to anybody reading, DO NOT LIVE HERE! They do not care and only respond to reviews like mine because they need to keep a good image. This apartment is the worst ever. I lived here for 3 years. Kitchen was smaller than the model shown. Apartment we agreed on was not what I got. Apartment that was given to me was not ready. Renovations were still being done when I moved in. You can’t use the hot water in both bathrooms at the same time. I’ve had the second bedroom flooded from a broken pipe in the bathroom next to it. Automatic lights recently installed on the balcony,so if u don’t have long enough curtains on the master bedroom door leading to the balcony the light there will shine through at night. Plus, automatic lights are good for the ground floor apartments but makes absolutely no sense for the apartments above. Most importantly, your security deposit is used to pay for renovations you shouldn’t be paying for so don’t think you are getting that back. They put items I’d already paid for in the last couple of months on the final move out statement like water and service fees. They sent the statement and gave me less than a week to dispute the charges. I sent a mail to dispute the charges but nobody has replied and there is no number to call. Letter threatens to have statement sent to collections if not paid on due date, however nobody responds to charges dispute. When you call the leasing office about it, they are rude and offer no help. Really bad experience with this apartment and will never recommend it to anyone. Once again, this apartment is the worst. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I pray Krystal gets the job she is looking for because, office manager is not it. She is VERY short, nonchalant and she discriminates.
