Clean, Courteous, Professional, Willing to Help!!! We were at the 5 Park Center Court #100 SSA office in Owings Mills, MD on a Friday at around 10:45 Am. This place is clean & well kept. The staff were courteous, Professional and willing to help. There is plenty of free parking available in front of the office. Make sure to wear a mask when you arrive at the main door that opens to the parking lot walk way ramp, If you don't you will be sent back. The main door can only be opened by a security officer from the inside, so be patient and wait for your turn at the main door. The outside waiting area is covered on the top but open on the sides, It would help to carry an umbrella on a rainy day. Presently there is a maximum capacity of 8 people to be inside the office, hence the wait. As you enter through the main door make sure to enter your information in the electronic token dispenser. It asks you 4 to 5 very simple questions and you are done. A token is dispensed to the side. You will then be asked to sit in one of the spots that has the green label on it. Wait for your token number to be called (easily audible), this is also displayed on the large TV screen in the seating area. All in all we were there for about 20 minutes, including the wait time outside. There were 3 people ahead of us when the token was issued to us, that should give you an idea of how long you may have to wait for your turn. This wait time may go up or down depending on how complex the issue is of the people waiting in front of you. Just be weary of that. We received the necessary document in the mail a week later. We are very thankful to the lady behind the counter window who helped us with our process while at the SSA.

Now since COVID stopped the 8am line around the corner and down the street since 6am and wait time minimum was four hours now that only 8 people allowed in at a time it’s been absolutely AWESOME I came I took a ticket like MVA love that feature as well my name I was called immediately and services rendered. The lady who handled me was so sweet patient and professional. I had a GREAT experience when I needed replacement cards. Also, when I called the main Owings mills number to the office I NEVER have to wait for a representative more then 1 to max 15 minutes which is rare they answer always kind and help me. Thank you SSA 😊

I received great service and agent answered my 5 questions She was proficient and she gets 5 stars. I lost55 mins of my day simply waiting for an agent and another 10 mins trying to get in the queue to get my questions answered. You have to navigate the system and it’s not easy.

An appointment is not required, but if you schedule one, it may reduce the waiting time.
Yes you can, but you won't get it the same day, they will mail it to you within two weeks.
No u don't but there is a line outside because they only let 8 people in at a time..hope this helps
Not sure but you can make an appointment to be seen.
They have an office drop box where you do not need an appointment. Just put it in a yellow envelope with your name and address on it and drop it in the Box
What is the fax number for submitting Medicare form at the Owings Mills office location?
Yes you can
Dorothy yes you can mail it however you would have no proof you sent it. Where do you live ? I live in reisterstown I could help you get there if need be
Yes, i dont see why not. I use to be the security officer who patrolled that little area of that building and to my knowledge the Social Security Administration building will be open Friday April 19th 😉...
Go to the office and apply
I am sure they are not but you can call them and verify their hours
In the form instructions it sais "give the form to your payer, not to IRS", I think that implies drop it off with the payroll department or whoever does the payroll at the payer company
