The shop is beautiful but they have bad customer service my nail tech was a male who pulled my arm was impatient and rude I tried to endure it but another lady was also complaining about her treatment I end up w on hand shiny the other dull the prices on the website arent what they charge in the shop $115 for hands n feet to be completely unsatisfied my pedicure came out very basis for $65 no massage no scrub no wax nothing but a basic 3 min soak and my toes polished a job I couldve done at home the tech had been working there for 5 yrs yet he acted as if he didnt know they served drinks he turned my relaxation time into a stressful situation O couldnt wait to leave I dont want to have to argue or be mistreated while Im trying to destress I will never go back they definitely dont appreciate thier blk clients Im stopping myself from going to place that are obviously racist agaisnt blk women

I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm with Lucky. I was not informed until 20mins later after asking, that he is with another client. The receptionist was extremely nonchalant and sadly my time and money was undervalued. I will no longer be a client.

Spent $200 on services only to have nails falling off after two days. Went back for repair and got an attitude. Spoke to several customers currently there and they said the place has changed, dirty, rude, and went downhill. Will not return. Positive reviews were from old staff not current.

Located in a shopping center. Really beautiful environnement to stroll, shop and eat. My pedicure was very lux. Thank you for the pleasant service. It's worth it.
