Our appointment was scheduled for 10:30. I came on time for it, yet when I asked how long the wait was, they said there were 2 patients ahead of us. They should not have such long wait times or not schedule appointments if they can't keep them running on time. I came with my child and don't have 2 hours to be here. Very upset with this location and will be looking for a new place

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went about a foot problem I was having, the Dr was a lady, she prescribed some steroid cream to apply when the problems occurred, every prescribed medication, is not covered by my insurance. I went in I believe May of 2022, it is now Mid September 2022, I have not gotten any of the prescribed medications and had to call about it 2x. My pharmacy contacted them to prescribed an alternative medication, and they prescribed one, yet again that my insurance doesn't cover. So I asked the pharmacy for the price of the medication, and it was $195 ! This is the 4th time they have prescribed something my insuramce doesnt cover, they also never answer the phone when trying to reach out about the issues at hand. Not very competent. Do NOT COME TO THIS PRACTICE for help in anyway !

Ok so I went here to have two ingrowing toenails fixed. First off, I should have walked out the second I saw what a crowded mess the office was. But I stayed because I was in pain. The doctor I saw was extremely unprofessional. Like, I know people say that all the time, but this doctor was talking to me about all of her own problems with her back and pain meds, etc. She was so busy talking that she wrapped my toe WITH THE TOURNIQUET STILL ON. Luckily I said something or else who know what would have happened. And of course it didn’t even heal properly. I also tried to ask her about my chronic foot pain. She brushed me off and told me to check if my insurance covers orthotics and if so to schedule another appointment. Obviously I never went back.
