I just can’t describe how horrible the service in this facility is, you wait 1 hour to see a doctor that is not even doing good his job. This doctor is clearly doing what he is doing to take the insurance money, he is not there to cure prevent inform, diagnose the patient he is there for his own ambitions. First time that I was at his office he was bragging that he had his own supplement company, he was a professor at a college and he had that facility. He was bragging that he was a really busy man and you can tell that because he was not present on the conversation and the way he take notes he writes down completely different things what you tell him. I have been to so many doctors past years and this doctor and his INABILITY are so damaging for patients that seek treatment and looking for a diagnoses. Medicine is not his field of expertise, stay away from him.

Don't want to Disrespect Dr Kapoor he is a very good Excellent Dr no issues about him he has the right attitude listen to you here the front Desk girls are very ruth they have no sense of a compation or that friendly attitude to treat patients with illness to be in the front to represent fthe face of the Dr , my own experience is been bad they book an appointment for the time of the day but they see you 2 hrs later so what is the point of having an appointment or if you are late for 5 minutes they'll tell you were late so now you have to wait ,Now when it comes to phone calls and request to speak to Dr I know per fact he is not going to call back till the end of the Day but please at least give the message to the Dr not just ignore my messages like is not important I had waited for his phone call but he nevers call because he never got my message, And 3rd every single time that I request a refill to be sent over to pharmacy always the pharmacy has issues filling up the Rx because they sent the wrong instructions and it takes me 2 long weeks before I can get my insulin from the pharmacy that is why I'm giving 2 Stars

Rude, uncaring, unprofessional both "the doctor" and the staff. Have no concern for patient's well being . No follow up. They should close this business.
