The care and compassion towards patients are top notch. From the recrptionist at the front desk to the nurses that take your vitals and the doctors (I met with Dr. Lackan) were all professional and polite. Information about my health was provided in terms I could understand as a medical lay person. Plus, they took the initiative to provide additional information and services - I would not have known to ask for.

I’m sorry it’s taking so long for them to respond. Keep calling and when the automated system answers stay on with it until you get the option to speak to a person. At the Fort Worth location I usually don’t have to wait very long to speak to someone.

Doctors seem to infrequently post their email - they might have a "contact page" if Monica is right about the Web page....
May take awhile, but after you're a patient, you'll be able to email a provider directly, which is faster. They seem to be a very busy practice but they are efficient.
They accept several insurance companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield
