This was a great place for me to recover from my injuries. The helpful staff saw to all of my needs during this rough time, and for that I am very thankful.

I have had a few problems with the aids. Not too attentive, some of them are so sweet, while others are very bothered by my needing their help.iam here after major back surgery.i am basically paralyzed from waste down.So I am very helpless and needy. Most of my nurses are wonderful, very kind and most always on time with my meds.i just love a couple of them they are so kind and warm hearted πβ£οΈπ πi love my physical therapist and ocupational therapist. They are so good at their jobs.No complaints there. The food is great and always on time.I love the ladies in management they are very professional and attentive. They are very good at their jobs.Whenever I've ever complained about anything the head of mgnt has been right there and handled it professionally .She works with an experienced and warm kind heart . Thank you Arlington Heights for everything you have done and continue to do for me through my recovery.

An apt symbol of the corruption and greed rife in our healthcare industry... At least, that was the case a decade ago; but hell, maybe Sava's grown in moral character since then or something, who knows? Maybe money-grubbing pencil pushers aren't the main ones calling the shots over healthcare workers, patients, and families anymore. Maybe they actually see ~people~ in those beds, instead of running yet another impersonal medicaid/medicare farm, keeping the beds just warm enough, just occupied enough to collect those government paychecks, above all else, no matter who they neglect or hurt in the process. One can hope. Hope against hope. Hopefully the fact that they're still here is alone testament to such growth and change. I'd really like to believe in that. However, back then, bad for patients and floor staff alike. And I was very naive about that fact for way, way too long. Be better than me. Remain vigilant. Keep them accountable. Just in case they HAVEN'T changed: IF you have to send someone here, if this place is where your insurance forces you to go and what Case Management recommends upon discharge, watch the place like a hawk and advocate for your loved one's care with every fiber of your being. If you see something, keep a record of it, and be prepared to report it, if necessary. And, there may acutally be some hella good staff there, just... trapped... all the more reason to speak up against the injustices and questionable practices that may be affecting you both! Document document document. The good and the bad alike.

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each residentβs individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
