I would not recommend the skilled nursing section at the Stayton. I went there after my knee replacement. The physical therapy stuff was good I guess for maybe an hour per day. My medications in general got messed up. In specific, they dropped my sleep medications so I had sleep deprivation for about 5 days. After I was discharged, the ball was dropped by the case coordinator. No word on physical therapy to start and no walker after over a week of being discharged. Very Disappointed. I would like to Thank Dave (Manager) for getting me transferred out of my first room because my roommate wanted to keep the room so hot.
