It depends on what state you are visiting from but i dont believe you are gonna replace an id with out bring present. If you are in fl you can get an i.d. with a copy of a police report. From the d.m.v. Im presuming you are visiting here.
Police will give you a lost I'd report take that to dmv with other documents that they will require
Go to the Police Department and they will direct you what to do in order to obtain some kind of ID.
I traveled to Florida from New Hampshire and Louisiana to Florida and was never asked for my I.D.
