How do I get a refund if services we're paid for but not honored?

There are none. Only way is if it's in priority seating, I think 🤔 and if it says you can get the refund. But if it's in economy seating, there usually aren't any refunds. Check your reservation booking.

It is hard to get a refund from them. I learned that many years ago, but definitely keep trying.

They don't seem to honor extra services when paid for
