Very bad service, the bus was late and nobody care, in my opinion this is the last choice i will take. They make me be late

I'm sorry this happened to you..as a driver I always make sure I'm coming to work on time to exceed my passengers expectation unless the traffic is congested

I had no problem with traveling with them y'all got to remember this is still a pandemic everybody's overworked things have change in the life we have had stop complaining about thing and understand we all are going through something. Just pray for people

I agree with both comments, not friendly, but maybe they were very short-staffed and overworked.

I feel you on what your saying. Customer Service needs TRAINING AND THE MANAGERS AS WELL. TRY MEGA BUS OR THE ASIANS ON WEST COLONIAL DRIVE IN THE POPEYE'S PLAZA. THEY ROCK AND ARE CHEAPER TOO.

I had no problem it was clean and I had no problem getting my questions answered

I personally never have a problem with the Orlando station and my bus has never been late when I travel.
