Just show the driver ur ticket & carry ur confirmation # with u
If its an e-ticket you dont need to do anything else if its not an e-ticket you need to show conformation number to the driver you get your ticket at the next station
Take your e-ticket with you to get on the bus. If you have accidentally deleted it you will ned to contact Greyhound to have them send it to you again by your reservation number.. God luck
