Bags are included but not cargo.
Don't think they allow lap riders anymore where kids are concerned, would be like letting a small child ride up front without a carseat, and as far as I know, they follow each states individual traffic laws, as for bags, you're allowed a carry on that's within a certain size, and thinking 2 for underneath, to be honest I started this particular forum not because I was catching the bus, but was just dropping off my ex for some horrible indiscretions, so you'll have to forgive my not to knowledgeable answer

The bags are free I think a bag is free anyway and you can carry on I think a lap child is free but if they need a seat you have to pay for it it might be half price I think I'm not for sure
