Hello Tabitha I'm sure you get frustrated as many do when they call the Greyhound bus station want to ask a question, many of those questions can be asked and answered by FAQ but when you want to personally ask him a question it becomes frustrating, all I can say is be patient and continue to call until you get through, now if you're in a hurry and you cannot wait then I suggest as others would suggest is to go online with your device and ask all the questions you wish and get the ticket that you want and make the trip that you need, I hope this is helpful for you Tabitha,,,,, yiC 😇
