Call the station. Orlando could be a stop where she needs to change buses and then continue into port Charlotte. However give the station a call for some assistance. If it's not paid for just book the correct ticket yourself.

You will need to provide her with a car service to the Orlando Greyhound bus station. Megabus does not go to port Charlotte fl.
