Yes as lomg as its in a quart sized resealable bag and the container of what it is is 3.4ounces or less thats with a carryon if its a checked bag you dont have to have them in a bag and they can be any size. Anything such as shampoo conditioner toothpaste mouth wash cleanser lotion moisturizer face wash and lipgloss all those have to be 3.4 ounces or less if you are bringing them on your carryon suitcase and they all have to be in that quart sized bag

For domestic flights, 45 minutes has always been plenty for me, 60 is normal and anything more is overkill. Have never been stressed out or missed a flight and always end up with extra time. I also always do my pre check-in boarding pass ahead of time from home or a hotel. Curbside check-in if you have more than just a carry on is a HUGE time saver. 60-90 minutes early for international flights. And add an extra 30-45 minutes during busy holiday travel times for domestic or international. ✈🚀🚁🚢🚅🚝🚣

There are two main places that private planes land at pdx, either Atlantic aviation or flightcraft. They are both located on airport way before you get to the terminals. But as others have said there are plenty of other smaller airports to land at around the area, so ask your friend where they need to be picked up.

The best way to get where you need to go is to order a Lyft or Uber. Yes, you can walk from the airport, but to get to Portland from there you have to see several miles. There are buses to all kinds of hotels and to the various car parks.

There is a skycap location for checking in outside at the drop off curb for departing flights. Look at the signs as you drive up to the airport. They will give you arrows pointing you in the right direction. If you don't want to checked in outside, just follow the same signs and go inside and the inside check in is right there.

I would think that it would be fairly often. I remember a lot going on there. Plus, i think you can always request a shuttle if there is not going to be one for awhile.
