Do you have to book a seat for a 2yr old or can they sit in your lap? I've been told afew different things from people.

Under 2 to travel as lap infant. 2 and over needs their own ticket and seat.

We just traveled with a 2yr old. Needs a ticket. Under 2yrs no ticket needed.

2 year old needs ticket on most airlines.

Depends on the airline. Call the airline you want to fly with and inquire directly with them. Most airlines allow infants 2 years of age and younger to fly free seated on your lap.
