You can bring it on board, but you need to keep something that keeps it cold. Ice is provided

Im not sure about that. I know they accommodate or assign employees to elderly and young people flying that need assistance. I'm sure they get a lot of requests for help with insulin due to so many people being diabetic. But you will not be able to bring more than a certain amount inside of the airplane you will have to check anyting / 4 oz. And be careful because if your bag weighs more than 100 lb they will charge an extra fee. I'm not sure how much insulin you are planning on bringing I know that usually depends on how long you will be from home. But if you plan on being away 4 a while you might want to send your insulin through u.s. Postal Service or UPS or FedEx a few days before your flight. Can only bring what you need on the plane give yourself a few days Supply just in case something goes wrong with your mail. But definitely call whatever Airline you are flying on. They should be able to help good luck
