This is actually a public form so it's probably best to pose your question directly with the airport authority but last I checked they do have it.
As of Jan 12, they had tents outside (under the big roof) on the departure level that were offering vivid testing, and signs inside with a website (which I forget, sorry) for information on what they could do.
I believe that the only flights that are doing the Covid tests are international. I flew from Portland to San Diego and didn't even get asked if I had my vaccination card
We didn't test for covid at the airport but we did take our covid cards with us and get a negative covid test before we arrived which you send to the airport 24 hours before we flew.
