No you cannot. I work in healthcare. You have to go to your state's website and sign up. This has to be done within the state of your residence. There will be no cost associated with getting the vaccine.
There is or was a place giving vaccines at the economy patting last week. I work at the covid test site at pdx. I don't know cost, but I do know it was in the red economy parking.
I don't believe you can get a COVID-19 vaccine at the airport.
