I have a friend coming in on a private plane does anybody know where I need to go to go to get my friend?

There are two main places that private planes land at pdx, either Atlantic aviation or flightcraft. They are both located on airport way before you get to the terminals. But as others have said there are plenty of other smaller airports to land at around the area, so ask your friend where they need to be picked up.
