No, you have a monthly limit and you can hit that any way you want. Keep in mind, your visits are logged with the state. The state doesn't want medical users procuring marijuana for friends so you might want to avoid looking suspicious.

I purchase only at Neta. I have never had an issue with any of their products. Their flower is the cleanest around that I know of. I can tell the difference if I consume flower that is from the grey market.

When I purchase something there with a debit card, there is a fee of $3 but they give me $3 in cash in return. I don't think my bank charges anything beyond that. Could be your banks policy. If I use my debit card at another banks ATM, I'm charged $3 or $3.50 but most banks will eventually reimburse you due to an interbank agreement. Best way is to pay with cash, that avoids all the extra fees.

I found the employees super helpful when I did my first visit, walk in, & learned more about the business.

There's plenty of stores in Massachusetts that sell everything you need to grow the plants but you can't buy the plants from anywhere in Massachusetts it sucks I know but that's what I have to do. Give it time, in a year we will probably be able to purchase seeds from stores locally in the state

I think you can exchange/return it for a new one. Blinking light makes me think it's a problem with the battery. One that I bought tended to get clogged which just required inhaling hard until it cleared. When clogged, it didn't light up or heat the oil. Another one I bought had a light that only lit up on one half of the cylinder, but it still worked fine so I didn't return it. But I know folks who have returned defective stuff though and it wasn't a hassle for them.
Without more info it's hard to know for sure. It could be that you were trying to reserve some of their medical only product. They do allow non medical patients to reserve ahead-- however some of the stuff they sell is held for medical patients.

If you pre-order, from what I was told, they will put your order together and you just pick up and pay when you get there. It is a separate line for pre-orders, which is much quicker. You still need to pay when you get there, with debit or cash.

I would suggest you call NETA and ask them because I don't think that your NY medical card is able to be used in MA and you might have to go through the recreational line. They are so helpful there so I'm sure that they will be able to help you. I would call 1st and explain your situation and see what they can do to help you. Maybe someone could wait in line for you and you can get a parking spot in the lot. I hope you can get in easy because they are so helpful, I'm sure that they can find something to help you.

Even if you have your license and prescription from another state, you're not allowed inside. If you're talking about visiting from out of town, but you still live in Massachusetts. You're only allowed to enter the facility with your Mass medical license, issued buy the health department, to purchase for yourself. (or on behalf of a patient you've already been approved for, then you'll have your own license.
