You can always park at the carwash across the street. They have a parking lot set up specifically for NETA customers.
Yes but there's never spaces unfortunately...some side streets nearby are your best best oh and they dont want youousting at hotel and pharmacy for neta right there, actually signs most places parking not welcome. ..
