Everyone that is in line before the cut off time gets in. Ordering online saved a lot of time.
They pick a point and say this is the last customer. Your best bet is to register for reserved pick up and skip the line
They pick a point at which they think the final people will make it in, then cut the line. If they waited until the line went away they'd be open 24/7. :-)
They stop allowing people to get in the line at 9
