Yeah it always says busier than normal becuase it is. @Mary corrus ordering online/reserving ahead does not guarantee you getting what you want. I showed up after doing that and they were out of 2 things I reserved.
It's lest of a wait now
I just use there website and order online and then the wait is only about 5 min. Plus I'm gauranteed to get what I want.
