Prime the cart (blowing in and out), use a hairblower to slightly warm the oil, and try a fully charged battery. If these don't work, being your receipt to NETA along with the affected cart and they will replace it.
As he stated above, it it very busy amd employees are on the sales floor helping customers efficiently as they can. You may have to make a trip if you cant get hold of someone.
I have not had any issues. Have not needed to call for any reason. Which cartridge do you have?
You'll need to wait in line again and speak to a representative. The demand is keeping all staff on the sales floor at all times. Be sure to try the atomizer on multiple batteries before labeling it "defective"
