I spoke with good chemistry in Worcester yesterday and they said they wont be recreational for months BUT other shops should be open Dec 1st or so
Just spoke with an employee of NETA. They still do not have a firm date for the rollout of adult recreational. Based on what I heard (knowing how slow the wheels of government turn) you may not see it happen until 2019. IMO.
