I tried reserving but it would allow me, only Medical Use can reserve. Does anyone know what happened?

Without more info it's hard to know for sure. It could be that you were trying to reserve some of their medical only product. They do allow non medical patients to reserve ahead-- however some of the stuff they sell is held for medical patients.
