Where do i go if I preordered online. Do I wait in line

Of you're a card carrier to the front of the line.

The line on the left is for pre-orders online for medically carded people. The line on the right (longer) is for recreational people and those without a Massachussetts medical card. Medical cards are state specific.

There is a designated pickup area. There are people at the entrance, they are all very nice if you have questions.

The short line on the left. Be smart and safe and dont take it out of the state

There is an Express line. Ask someone at the main entrance, there is usually an employee directing people.
