They have a couple different floor plans, and a few different price brackets it's worth going in and picking up a packet from the front office!

I am in a 2/2 approximately 1000 sq feet. Everything except electricity comes to around $1290. I would suggest talking with the office about current rates since there are so many floor plans and they may have move-in specials.
Its $1055 and up.
