I am about to fill out an application for a 2 bed, I saw some negative reviews about bugs and roaches, also other things. Is this in the past or is this still current issues? Thank you

I haven't came across roaches but rat on my patio.

I moved in July of 2018. Since then I have seen 3 roaches, but it seems they come out in summer. Not anything I'd call a bug problem though. I hope you get some good neighbors because mine are horrible (enough to want to move)!! The worst thing here is the parking situation. Everyone lines the streets and from time to time I find people in my spot. Overall the unit is comfortable and there are plenty of amenities.

Personally I haven't had any issues. A sewer roach in the summer time ever so often but that's anywhere. Keep up with spraying.

I just moved a few months ago I lived there for two years too floor have some roaches bottom floors have lots of roaches I live upstairs when I first moved in then down stairs for the last year
