This company is a sham, and I am convinced that all of the positive reviews were left by employees. The leasing office staff is blatantly unprofessional and flat out lies to tenants. When inquiring about moving from one apartment to another (in the same complex), they reported that they charge a $700 transfer fee which is inclusive of a $200 "application fee" that they are waiving for new tenants. How is it that current (long term) tenants are required to pay for something that new tenants are not? Also, they require transferring tenants to pay new security deposits that far exceed the monthly rent rate. It is clear that MG Properties lacks business ethics and overall professionalism. Moving here was one decision I've made in my life that I wish could be taken back. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your next apartment.

As a retired person, the Sonoran is a great place to call home! The Manager Rachelle Ralston and all the leasing staff, especially Keandre and Rachael, are truly caring, efficient, and ready to help with any questions. Maintenance is excellent! Alexis M. has taken care of my apartment for most work orders since the day I moved here in July 2019. He gives 5 star service, prompt, efficient and caring. Marco and Seneca are also excellent and treat me like family. The nonsmoking, both indoors and outdoors, makes life much more pleasant than the other apartments I've lived in. The new Solar Screens on all windows are fantastic! I can see outside and others can't see inside and they keep the windows cool.

This is probably the worst apartment complex I lived in. For the last 8 months of living here, it has been nothing but problems such as a black mold issue where me and my roommates still had to live in the apartment until the mold was gone, as well as the hall bath constantly overflowing and taking the office MONTHS to get an actual plumber to fix the issue among other things. the only good thing was a couple of the employees were nice and tried to assist with only some of issues but there was one employee ,Keondre, who had the worst customer service. He always had an attitude even for the most simplest question. Lastly the community lacked communication with everything! So if you're looking to rent here, this will save your time, energy and money and don't even bother.

I have lived her a little over a year and I love it!! I feel very safe and comfortable in my apartment. The office is always sending out sweet emails and little gifts here and there. They redid the patio furniture at the pools even adding more. They are finishing up redoing the front swimming pool aka resort feel!! Cabanas big grilling area sand volleyball. My kids and I are just so happy here!
