My wife and I are moving to the Phoenix area in 6 months and the search for an apartment has been painful. That is until we contacted the Sierra Foothills apartments. Sydney was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The Sierra Foothills has jumped to the top of our list !!!

Called this complex today to get an idea of their prices and space availability. The young lady, Ladawn, was very professional and informative on what apartments they have in the near future. She was very detailed and I'm overly impressed to go and see this location, especially since they have apartments with garages.

I’ve lived here for months and didn’t have any major problems until recently. If you want a quiet place to live, I would look elsewhere. It is clear that the company that runs the complex does not genuinely care about the people living there. To the company, it’s just about making money and they don’t seem to acknowledge that for the people living here, this is their home. We have had numerous issues with loud music. Playing for hours at a time, late at night, and even waking us up randomly in the middle of the night. I can FEEL my couch vibrate at times from the music while I’m trying to watch tv. We have brought this to their attention and they responded the first time, but when it kept happening and we continued reaching out, they just stopped replying. I haven’t heard from them since the first complaint. No one wants to come home from a long day of work to listen to people party for hours like they live in a college house. To make matters worse, recently our unit started smelling like smoke due to other tenants smoking inside their apartment. It very easily comes through our vents. Clearly they don’t really care about that either, because they never replied when we had brought that up either. Hopefully our belongings don’t begin to smell… Little things that have happened throughout the previous months haven’t bothered me enough to comment/leave a review. But now I am truly unhappy being in my own home. Being in my car is quieter than my apartment. I no longer enjoy living in this community anymore.

My daughter and I have been looking for several months for a larger place to live and found this beautiful community!! The apartment alone was more than what we expected!! Absolutely gorgeous! But what we really fell in love with was the happy excited and friendly leasing agent Anna! She made our whole experience the best anyone can ever have!! Thank you Anna!! I wish I could rate this experience higher than 5 stars..
