I’ve been living here since 2020, I’ve had 2 issues which was resolved with urgency - I prefer to deal with Jane, after reading some of the reviews im really shocked. We’ve never had roaches, bugs, etc… My stove damn near caught on fire & it was handled ASAP, My AC broke once & that was also handled ASAP again via contacting Jane. But my biggest ISSUE is the gates are either ALWAYS open or Not working!! There’s so many random ppl entering our apartments just doing whatever they please! If its apart of our rent, IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED just as the price is every year! I would def recommend esp for the area we reside in!

Easily the best complex in southern Phoenix in appearance. Has tenant issues that are slowly being addressed with rent increases. As a long time tenant (4 years) facts are just facts. Complex needs to stay on top of pool area cleaning, and trash around garbage bins. Complex exterminator not enough, you have to spray apartments because frankly other tenants are bringing the pests with them. Locking your car every day is mandatory, whether other tenants or people entering from surrounding area, thefts from autos is very real. A couple of nuisances,actually created by the complex itself is mailboxes can't accept packages, pool allowed to get so dirty it has to be shut down.

The middle aged old woman is absolutely rude! I do not recommend living here unless you enjoy living with roaches and broken refrigerators. The elderly woman gets nothing done and makes errors on your payments. The gates surrounding the place were always broken or never worked. I had a refrigerator broken and it took the staff until the end of the day to come and fix my refrigerator!!! Almost 400-500$ worth of food went down the drain !!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE STAFF!!! Also expect to hear lies about your new apartment when they mention that all your appliances are “new.” We has issues with almost every appliance breaking down on us at least once a month.

Absolutely love these apartments. All the staff are very nice , the apartments are clean and cozy. I have not had any problems with neighbors or break ins . I recommend these beautiful apartments. Ask for Alexis in the front office, she is awesome and always takes care of her tenants!
