Very poor service and very unprofessional. $1750 for a 1 bed 1 bath plus hidden fees. I am a resident here at Fairways, constantly being harrased and the front desk only answer the phone when they please. I constantly having issues with my apartment and the front desk keeps forgetting to relay information to the maintenance. Horrible customer service, they will act friendly until you sign a contract, and customer service goes horribly downhill from there. I got bit and attacked by the homeless person's dog while I was throwing trash away at the apartments. The dog bit me and wouldn't let go; the dog bit my pinky and penatraded a hole threw and my pinky, the nail of my pinky stop the bite from completely going threw my finger, I informed front desk and they just pass me along this woman name Pam Sharlight. Which supposedly Pam is the area manager. I been calling her everyday since I received Pam information for the 2 weeks but yet not phone call. Don't waste your time and your money to a property where they mediocre customer service. Go somewhere where you will be value and get your money's worth of an apartment, it's a rude not caring property. And imagine this happen to a child. "

I lived here for 3 years. It was “okay.” Much better when the new management took over. Water/ hot water was ALWAYS out without warning which was super annoying. Maintenance was absolutely lovely, especially John who was so friendly and helpful. They were definitely short handed though— management should be advised to spend more $$$ in that area rather than aesthetic upgrades to attract new renters.

I moved in on April 7. The office staff were so nice & helpful! Destiny helped me with everything. She was so helpful and kind through the whole process! I'm very pleased with Fairways so far and happy to be living here!

Destiny in the front office was amazing and I liked that we had the same person to help us with all the touring, application, and move-in process. She helped us with any issues or concerns. I like the apartment, the community is clean and everybody has been nice. -Marissa and Enrique
