Sometimes you don't know where life is going to take you, and nearly 2 years ago I needed to find a place to live very quickly. With that said, I am very thankful to have found Andante. Katie was my leasing agent who had worked with me in the move-in process, and she was wonderful in helping me to transition to Andante as smooth as possible. She was extremely helpful, kind, and just a sweet person to work with anytime I needed information or assistance with something. Additionally my interactions with Nicole, the Leasing Manager, were also positive. I understand being any type of Manager comes with many challenges and I faced some recently where Nicole was very understanding, kind, and instrumental in helping to work things out. I really appreciate the compassion she showed me! I also appreciate Nicole's prompt and clear responses to specific questions or concerns that would arise during my time at Andante. Thank you Nicole and Katie!! And thank you to all the Staff and Maintenance Crew that make Andante a great place to live!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I recently moved out and this was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. First, this place is infested with scorpions. They charge you a monthly pest control fee, yet they are not proactive in pest control. You have to request it every month and if you bring this issue up with the leasing office and show them pictures of the scorpions you found in your unit, they act like they have never heard of this issue (read through old reviews and you will find out this has been going on for some time). Second, when I received my move out statement there was a carpet replacement charge. I did have a dog, but she is very well trained and NEVER soiled the carpet. Kristy Baldwin, the assistant manager, said that after ripping off the carpet they found carpet damage which seemed to be 2 spots of urine (on the bottom side) and also sent me the invoice of when the carpet was installed. According to the invoice the carpet was installed on 08/16/18, therefore, how do we know those stains weren't there before I moved in? I don't know that, but they assumed it was my dog that did it and now they want to charge me for it. I only lived here for 10 months. After going back and forth with Kristy Baldwin over email regarding this charge, she later emailed me saying that she made a mistake in calculating the carpet replacement charge and reduced it. Which makes them look even more sketchy and after reading some of the old reviews, they have done this multiple times to different people. Third, we did not have a light in the master bedroom. They charge you a fee if you want a fan with a light in your room, which I found out during the move in inspection AFTER signing the lease. They don't tell you this until you have already signed. This place is a scam. Do not rent here. The leasing office does not care about the tenants. Read the reviews and listen to them because they are most of the same issues and they are all true.

My family and I moved into Andante because we had an emergency and had to move asap. Nicole Windom was there every step of the way. One phone call was made and within days we were all moved in. Nicole was very helpful and pleasant, also patient with me throughout the process. Its only going to be 2 months that we've been living here and we love it! The staff at the office are all great and very pleasant, always willing to help. We have had a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can only speak for myself and so I know that my experience has been exceptional. Everyone at the office is very polite and very efficient at what they do. The thing I’m most surprised about is the work orders. They take care of my work order requests very quickly. As a 10+ year renter I understand renting comes with compromises and I’ve lived in very nice very new places and I have never had such quick and efficient service. I’m not sure if my work orders are just easy or what not but they fix it within the day and then they send me an email when it couldn’t be fixed that day and also tell me what they did to fix it. I’ve never seen this but I am very impressed. My apartment is on the third floor and it’s a very quiet complex. They have the biggest dog park and such a beautiful property. Unfortunately, I can’t enjoy much of it because of school and work but it’s so nice to see that they keep the grounds so well kept. I would recommend coming in and talking to the staff and you’ll notice immediately how nice, efficient and professional they can be. Above all it’s a quiet community, and very clean.

Yes. They have some houses with attached garages. There are garages available seperately as well for a fee. Charges may vary. I pay $150/month per garage towards mine. I have 2 garages, so I believe there is no limit on how many garages can one rent. The complex also has shaded and open parking available.
Yes, extremely large moving trucks come into the complex all the time
Base rent plus additional charges for water, trash, sewer, gas, parking maintenance fee, concierge fee, pest control fee, service fee and taxes. Water is split between the occupants of each building. Electricity is not included.
Yes, the pool by the leasing office has a spa with a max occupancy of 34.
