Stay as FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX AS POSSIBLE. Currently live in these apartments, moving out end of July. I moved in back in November to what they said was a move-in ready apartment. Not true. The first week, my AC needed to be fixed, my water heater replaced, dishwasher fixed, and bedroom door handle was completely broken out of door and reputtied back into place with a faulty lock. I had to go down to the officer several times to get maintenance to come fix the issues. New management took over in May and nothing has improved. In fact, pool it currently shut down and green with no word from management about when it will be reopened, management acts like a bunch of Karen's while you are at the pool trying to tell you how to watch your kids and what you can and cannot do, playground area for kids is currently overgrown with tree sprouts everywhere and broken gate, and just overall an overpriced property that tries to pretend to be a luxury property. The only up side is the apartments are a decent size.

If I could give them ZERO STSRS I would! My friend was locked out on the 9th of the month after she went to court the 2nd of he month and was found NOT GUILTY of being 32 days late on rent. She proved January was paid in full and Judge ruled on her behalf. She is still fighting to get back in.This property is Not recommended, there are many beautiful properties with excellent management available in the area.

My apartment was newly remodeled and in a great location. Unfortunately, the management company takes little to no care to respond to issues and service requests. A week after moving into the unit, one of the bedroom ceilings began leaking. Not only did management ignore my numerous emails (their supposed preferred method of contact), but no one returned my calls after I left several voicemails. Eventually, I got a hold of someone, but a ceiling leaking apparently wasn't an urgent enough issue, so the repairs weren't started until the following week. A few weeks later, we had an issue with the microwave. After two days of no response to my calls, emails, or online services requests, I got a hold of someone at the office. She advised that I should wait at least two more days until someone from maintenance contacted me. After two weeks, management managed to provide the maintenance crew with a replacement model. The maintenance crew is absolutely amazing, but they are clearly hindered by management. If you have any expectation of communicating with management, do not lease here.
