Great Complex and area to live in! The neighbors are friendly, the amenities are great and the property manager Tina did a great job with communication and making sure my move in was smooth and easy! Love it here.

UPDATE: The water continues to go in and out of service every week or so. Plus they won’t switch the heat over to A/C until 4/18 from what we have been told. So even though Phoenix is starting to hit 90, no one gets air conditioning. So happy that our lease is up in 2 months and would NOT recommend anyone moving here. I moved in just as they were being updated so we got an apartment that was fully renovated and no one else had lived there yet. Appliances were brand new, like pull the plastic off them kind of new which was nice. The apartments themselves are very nicely designed and the whole complex is very clean for the most part. The location is probably the best part about this place, as it is a great part of town. However, there are a lot of parts of it that make it hard to recommend for your money. The new staff in the front office are not as competent as the previous women was, and isn't very helpful to be honest. Maintenance requests take a while to get completed. I sent one in over a month ago and it still isn't completed. The gates are really loud, and since my unit is right next to the parking gate and one of the walking entrances I hear them all the time. The laundry facilities aren't in unit, which would be fine except that they only take cash (which for a place that just got updated is lame) and there is usually a wait to use them. The most frustrating part of this place is the utilities, as they use an "equation" to breakdown utility cost since each unit isn't monitored. I've lived in the area previously, in a larger apartment, and with more people and our water/trash/sewage bills are still far more expensive here. To give you some perspective, for 2 people we typically pay $80 a month for water, and our trash bill was just $40.

I'm not one to write reviews but this one needs it! The newly renovated sign in the front is what attracted me... neat and clean, very modern interior. The layout is great. I really wish I could give these people 5 stars. Honestly they don't deserve one.... I'll start with the roaches, their watered down pesticide doesn't get rid of them!! They've been out here to spray atleast 3x since I've been here and I find some alive very next day. Disgusting! Get some good stuff for your renters.... I was promised a washer and dryer in my unit to be installed 6 weeks after move in date and it's now been about 15 weeks. All I've gotten was the runarounds. I'm not sure who is running the show but I feel that they lied to me just to get me into the unit right away. Being on the third floor and not having a washer/dryer would have been a deal breaker for me. We live in Phoenix... temps even at night are unbearable. And maintenance sucks!! Come in the apt and say they completed the job and did not do a damn thing. Another thing that is horrible is that we're reaching mid 90's next week and this central cooling system that the building is on controls the entire apt complex.... I just found out AC won't be on until 4/9. That means it's gonna be hot as hell in here. Oh and through the winter (thankfully it was mild) the heater never worked!! I hate renting here and would not recommend it to anyone! There are many others in the area people.... don't waste your money here.

Horrible experience! I have lived here about three months, there has not been one day that everything in the apartment has been fixed. It seems to me that I am expected to pay my rent and utilities on time (which I do) however it does not seem that ICON holds themselves to the same standards in regards to the condition of the property. In the three months since I have moved in I have had issues with many things in the apartment including plumbing, electricity, a faulty bathtub and recently the heat has been out for days. In some instances it takes a long time for maintenance requests to be addressed. Additionally the apartment complex does not appear to be energy efficient, I have a large gap under my door. Since we all pay for the electricity for the entire complex I have asked other residents if they also have gaps under their door. They have said yes. In reality we are all paying higher electric bills due to the complex not being energy efficient. The apartments have been refurbished and they do look good. However from my experience I feel that structurally the apartment complex is not in good shape and the work done on the apartments is not quality.
