Gates are hit or miss here if they work, annoying. I had no idea we even had a security team working until I saw one get out of their car to get what I assumed is a gate key outside the bodega and then returned to his car, makes me feel reaaal safe. Staff, real cool when getting you to rent a unit, but their true colors come out once you're all moved in, hence why they are leaving so many 5 star reviews.

Such a beautiful, unique, clean and centrally located apartment complex!! We had a few issues with our apartment due to switch of management but the staff here is amazing and made sure everything was promptly fixed!! Alec went out of his way and is a true gem! Very happy so far with 601 PAX/Greystar!

Wow, I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife and I moved into Cortland Fillmore (previously Pure Fillmore) in June 2018. We had become empty nesters and left our home of 13 years in Goodyear to finally move downtown. It had been a dream of ours for sometime and it finally happened. We had looked at several apartments, compared prices, sizes, amenities and location. It was love at first sight when we had our tour here. We chose a 2 bed/2bath unit and were very surprised with how spacious it is and the quality of everything. It definitely feels like a "luxury" apartment. And we have a killer view (see pic)! I would recommend getting a garage, for an extra charge, it's worth it. The amenities are A+. Clubhouse with a ginormous TV, workspace with plug-ins, gourmet kitchen, game and lounge area. A 2000 sq ft gym that will meet all your fitness needs, a rooftop lounge for entertaining and a large resort-style pool that is hard to beat in the downtown area. The size and layout make perfect for hanging and socializing with your neighbors or just chilling alone and enjoying the Arizona sun. Adjacent to the pool is a large covered BBQ area, that includes 3 industrial quality gas grills with plenty of tables and seating, plus an herb garden. Finally, there is URBO, our very own neighborhood corner store right in the complex. Part coffee shop, part beer/wine store, part grocery store, the place is not very big, but it packs a ton of daily provisions. Every time I go in there, I'm like a kid in a candy store and it's only a few steps from our apartment door. The entire staff, from maintenance, to office, to management, have been friendly, helpful and customer service oriented, The residents are a great mix of younger and older professionals, students, couples and singles. We have become close friends with several neighbors and love living the downtown life with them. The staff frequently hosts community events that are always fun and usually involves free food and drink. It's perfect for getting to know your neighbors. I can go on and on. My wife and I are big fans of our complex and plan on staying here a long time. We were a little nervous moving in, since we had not lived in an apartment in many years, but we have fully embraced community living and are not looking back. We would highly recommend Cortland Fillmore.

I have been thinking about this deeply, only because I want to provide a clear representation of my experiences living here. My intention is not for the management to respond. But to provide you a tangible view of living here, we are moving out the end of this month. Application Process-We applied for the apartment which was all online, submitted all of our information and waited to hear back from the apartment. We didn’t hear anything from them for 2 weeks. So we called to ask about the apartment selection and all important details and they scheduled us to come in. (Still don’t know why they didn’t reach out to us for next steps). Move in- Floor 2, We got the keys, we were the first people to live in our unit. We had to submit maintenance requests for nails sticking out of carpet, leak on the ceiling, and outlets not working, within the first few months-they have been fixed. The kitchen is very beautiful, we were in the 2 bed 2 bath! Bathroom is nice with an amazing closet. Washer and dryer are ok, AC blows cold. Living- The apartments are very pricy for the lack of enforcing community rules, and what I mean by that is the pool is closed at 10pm. However we have heard people out there at like midnight to 2am on the week days/weekends. We have had our package stolen out of the Luxor package room. Again parking is terrible. Its really great to have a elevator in the building. Paying rent is easy, they have this Facebook community that only "certain" people can post in it. Random Things that happened- When we first moved in our power shut off in all buildings over 3 or 4 times (APS), our whole building was evacuated on a Saturday morning-fire department, we were towed 1 time that was erroneous, and we’ve had to listen to stomping and dog barks for a solid 6 months. (Courtesy patrol claimed no disturbance).
