Community Manager is the best ! She always keeps you updated via email and also text! I was having a really hard time finding an apartment since other locations never responded to my emails. However this manager helped me and I moved in that same week! Thank you!

I live in these apartments currently and let me tell you my current experiences with them and the management. 1. There is a German Cockroach infestation and it has been this way since I moved in in August. They have only come into my apartment once and baited for them despite my constant inquires to management about what they were going to do to resolve this issue. 2. The air conditioners do not work. My apartment is literally 80 degrees inside right now. Which means it is nicer outside then inside my own home. Rudy, there new manager just simply told me that their "chiller" systems won't be turned on for another day or two. (This is coming from a girl who has an extra fan in my apartment, an oscallation fan I bought from Walmart, but nope its still 80 degrees inside my apartment....which brings me to my next point, I am sick now because of how much the temperature has affected my general health. I now have a sinus headache and am full of mucus.) This management does not care about the people that live here. They don't care about anyone or anything relevant to actually making things work around here. I am one very displeased resident. I hope that everyone who is looking to move into these apartments first considers everything I have said and also highly consider another option. I have lived here for a year and the management has recently changed. The new management is proactive and has made amazing changes to the property. The property has an amazing retro look and is inviting and so much cleaner than it used to be. My apartment is quiet and there are no disturbances.

Do not. DO NOT rent here. In two months I had two cars stolen. One from the parking lot while I was asleep and one at gun point when I was trying to go to the store. The place is run down, they will charge you for "renovated apartments" and then provide you with no such thing and the place has a serious roach problem that the office refuses to take care of. Garbage is a constant, screaming kids are everywhere and open hard drug use is rampant. I've heard stories of people having their doors kicked down and robbed and the aforementioned being held at gunpoint is not a singular event. The police, both times they came for statements, told me the place was unsafe and I should move. The office lied and told me there were no reported incidents of major crime on the complex when that is far from the case. The pool is also filthy, the stench of rotting water and chemicals hangs over the place and no one makes sure the lots are maintained so broken glass and rusty nails litter the place. Homeless people wander the lots at night to raid the garbage and the local gangs come to hang out with their friends living in the other apartments and play loud music constantly. The walls, despite being solid concrete, are thinner than paper and dog barking is non-stop. Avoid this place like the plague. There are better, cheaper, with utility apartments in Phoenix out there.
