This place sucks. Yes, there's a washing machine and dryer - but they will destroy your clothes. Yes, there's covered parking - but they'll tow your car from your spot without any warning. The staff is a total joke. No one ever answers their phone line or returns calls. The one maintenance request I put in, the guy came in and made it 3x worse. The mail never works - post office won't deliver to us bc the boxes are broken and staff couldn't care less. They've found so many ways to surprise me with fees. I never got a walk-in tour and yet they ticketed me for something that I was supposed to be told... on the walk-in tour. Just... no. I hate this place with a burning passion. Do. Not. Live. Here.

Embrace Botanicals

There were so many things I loved about this place and many things I disliked as well. Super clean apartments, no bugs, generally quiet neighborhood, good place for a family (lots of kids around) the grounds are well kept and maintenance is nice and quick to respond. They also have recycling which is nice. I have a baby, and there is a nice, quiet neighborhood loop to walk around with her. I also enjoyed Indian school road park just a couple minutes away. On the downside: The new apartments are made very poorly, the angles are crooked, the paint washed off with water and the floor boards come up easily. The management has gone through three managers in the 6 months I was there, which was kinda weird. I love that the units have washers and dryers, as well as a dishwasher and micro wave, however all those appliances are definitely the cheapest and WORST I have ever used. Super weak, I’d wash my clothes and dishes and they’d come out still dirty. Parking was fine after they sorted out the spot issue, but with the previous managers they kept giving multiple people the same spot and it was really frustrating. People tend to not pick up dog poop, and the neighboring apartment complex has a few people that seem to have drug addictions or mental illness and tend to scream throughout the day and night. That issue has calmed down a bit, though. Overall this was a nice place to stay but definitely wasn’t a home I wanted to stay at long term.

The biggest seller for me was the washer and dryer in each apartment. Rachelle the property manager is super friendly and always available to answer any question I have. When I moved in I was having an issue working my thermostat (they are touch screen and connect to your phone) I called Rachelle asking for help and she came to my apartment and helped walk me through it. That is customer service at its finest! The apartments are gorgeous and the community is great. I would recommend to everyone!

Hello Everyone: If you are looking for a Apartment where the Staff really care about their residents and listen to your needs then Urban Park is the place to check out. They fully remodeled the complex and the property manager and the maintenance staff do everything in their power to make living here the best you can ask for. They have even made things good for your pets! They keep the complex clean and they spare no expense on the landscaping around the complex. I should know since I have lived here since the management group took over and Wow what a wonderful change. Everyone should come check these Apartments out! The rates are good and the area is picking up fast for families and for businesses and you should hurry while there are still apartments available. Jack
