I lived here in 2010 and loved my apartment! Had to reach out recently (Oct 2022) trying to get old employment info I lost ages ago and Alicia in the leasing office spent a lot of her time and energy checking my old application to help me out. It was a super kind thing that she definitely didn’t have to do and she did it readily and without hesitation. They’ve got great folks working here!

Well I want to say the staff is very kind and courteous. There are great neighbors, that like to chat. The dog park is very nice and cozy and everyone’s dog is pretty friendly. There are several frustrations though within the experience like having to use space in order to catch water leaking from the fridge with no accommodation for water charged monthly throughout the lease. The dryer not giving enough heat to dry the clothes on 70 min cycles. The main issue is that there is a rehabilitation site 2 doors down that has nightly security because the area of the neighborhood has a healthy dose of people that use drugs, and they pay nothing to live there. Meanwhile, this neighborhood has over 200 units paying a minimum of 1.5k per month and they don’t have a budget around securing the area with a security unit that would escort those individuals that are smoking fetanyl in the neighborhood outside my door off the property. Pay someone to be a Karen and keep it clean please. The parking situation is horrible because of the continued closed maintenance and some one moved my motorcycle that wasn’t even in there way to another spot because he’s so privileged and entitled. There are no events, there is no way to communicate to your neighbors provided even though the doors are open and closed via code. The gym needs a 2nd floor because nobody cares about high ceilings for a work space that could be an indoor activity area or lounge or more gym. So come if you just want a neighborhood, but go somewhere else if you want a community

Hands down the best apartment complex I've lived in, the staff and everyone are always on point. Normally dealing with leasing, paperwork, etc. is a hassle at most places, but not here and not with this crew! Shout out to Alicia, an absolute pro with leasing needs. And shout out to Alex, a natural born leader! Nothing this team can't handle ✌️

Alex and Alicia are absolute rockstars! My loft apartment is exquisite (and we’ll-insulated). The grounds and complex are clean, gorgeous, secure, and well-kept. Parking is plentiful. But it’s really the staff that stands out. The entire staff has been so helpful and supportive, but Alex and Alicia truly shine. They have offered guidance, answered questions (even silly ones), fixed complications in a flash, been accommodating, and made this the most simple move-in process I’ve ever personally encountered. Thank you for making me feel so welcome in my new home!

Depending on the route and traffic conditions, U of A's main campus is between a 1hr 45min and 2.5hr commute and we are minutes away from The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix.
We have 3 floors with no elevators - however, the parking garage attaches to the buildings, so residents can park on their floor level and walk across to their building.
