Staff is extremly rude. Amendities are always under some sort of maintance and/or shut down... remember you pay for this. Disparate treatment is the norm hear, so be careful. They are very two-faced here so watch your back. They are "upgrading" the units but they are not really upgraded and they are increasing rents $600 to $800 more for having a new stove and fridge and if you are lucky you might have a new counter.. cabinets are filthy and not new, floors are not new, baseboards scratched up, plumming is horrible, bathtubs are not new and forget getting any sort of good service with any maintaince you submit. Also, dont expect to get any responses to emails. Dont let the lie to you and rip you off. And if you say anything you will have a target on your back.

I put in my application three weeks ago. I paid 306 for the app fee. It took a week and a half for them to tell me that they can’t get ahold of their regional manager to get approval of a misdemeanor that I got for disturbing the peace. I asked them to refund my money and they won’t reply to me. I ended up moving into the pearl at biltmore and had to pay for moving costs. Not only did I let them know I was moving out in two weeks and they did nothing but delay the whole process and put me in a bad situation. Now they won’t reply to me and let me know my check was sent. This is not fair what you guys are doing. I need response by tomorrow or I will go to Bbb and take other measures. Thanks for all of the hassle and headache before hand, I’m glad I didn’t move in. You guys do not care/respect peoples time or money. I’m super disappointed!!!!!

I've lived here for almost a year and have really enjoyed it! The gym, pool, and resident activities are great perks. I moved from an apartment complex down the street and prefer living at Level by far. The management team is very helpful and responsive. Would recommend!

No we do not have townhouses, however we do offer studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes here at Level at Sixteenth! Please call our Leasing Team for current availability.
Resident are allowed max (2) animals per home. Each animal requires an additional deposit, non-refundable pet fee and pet rent. We have breed restrictions as well, please contact our Leasing Team for more info!
