Lived here for 5 years. Beautiful land and great location when it comes to multiple highways. This property has great possibilities. Sadly, this is a beautiful property that is poorly managed by a by a group of seniors (the condo association).. Driving into the community is beautiful, and misleading. Amenities are not kept up The tennis court was closed the entire time we lived there. It was being removed just before we moved out. The pool is nice, and kept clear. The pool furniture looks to be 20 years old and the wall around the pool looks moldy or covered in black pollution.(the wall, some trees and a fence is the only thing that separates the property and pool from 275 /74 highway. Fearing rush hour, you find yourself yelling over the sound of traffic while at the pool. The common hallways are VERY OUTDATED and the door buzzers rarely work. With simple updates to the amenities and common hallways, the property value would increase greatly. No one picks up trash and the highway contributes to the trash problem throughout the community. Many rentals within the Community This property could be a 5 star community if the condo association managed it with professionalism and had a background in property management. They claim to have a property management company involved but the condo association makes the decisions and rules the upkeep and operations. They are very difficult to deal with and seem to think they are above fair housing laws. We experienced a continued uphill battle and repeated harassment with the request of a handicap ramp and service dog for my handicapped son. Once they were forced to allow the ramp, the condo association President harassed us repeatedly. For example…Taking photos of our patio and Halloween decorations, claiming a violation of the association rules. She was caught peeking into our patio and window multiple times. I had to instal a camera. Our curtains were fine for three years UNTIL the ramp went in. After install, we were harassed repeatedly about them. Multiple floods from drainage issues around the community and the condos above us. You can check the Hamilton County Sheriffs Sexual Offenders site .. the last time I checked, multiple are listed as residents of Taylorcreek. Again, a beautiful property that is unprofessionally managed, much like a mom and pop. This was our experience at Taylorcreek.

Going downhill. Nobody follows any rules here; if there even are any. Nobody on-site to monitor anything. People just throw garbage around; no one picks up. Sad.
