I had a horrible experience at the store,this agent name Mathew Walker ordered me the wrong color of iPhone 14 and I asked to correct or cancel the order right on spot.he refused and was so rude.this was the second time that another Verizon store was screw up my order;but the store on 6211 Glenway Avenue,I wouldn’t wish them on my worst ennemy and this guy Mathew Walker need to learn to be professional.

You should be able to just go in and they'll do it for you, make sure you have your account number and pin number for your current provider. Or I think you might be able to do it on the phone? I'm not sure, I've only done it in the store.
