Honestly. I don’t leave reviews. I saw all the bad reviews this place was getting. It adds up, it’s accurate. The number don’t work, I’ve been calling for over 2 months. So I took it a step further. And still drove out to it anyway, to my surprise there’s no clear instructions on where to even find the leasing office. Terrible location.

Yes it is. College Hill has pretty diverse neighborhood with beautiful homes and decent schools in the area.
