They told us at Anderson that our father would be transferred to Clermont County Mercy for 3-5 days in the psych unit and they could fast tracked him to the VA in Georgetown. My dad is a Korean Vet Marine. He is of sound mind and in body. Clermont Mercy told us, his family, that Anderson lied. They cannot fast track anyone to VA Georgetown. My poor 89 year old Marine Veteran father believed we were going to leave him there in the psych unit because of what Anderson told us. When we found out Anderson lied we had to argue w his guardian for 45 minutes to get him released. Needless to say this was a very stressful evening and day for my father. Way to go Anderson Mercy for you sheer lack of respect and knowledge!

This place is down right terrible. Don’t come here if you have appendicitis unless you ride with the squad cause they will just leave you out in the waiting room for 5 hours before they do anything with you. And keep in mind my girl has 3 blood disorders and if her appendix ruptures it is really life threatening to her. So this place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend coming here EVER!!!

The only reason something like that would happen is if you went to the ER and were evaluated as a threat to yourself or others. That would be ANY ER whether the hospital as a psych unit or not. Once that happens they can’t just let you leave, you have to be transferred to an appropriate facility. How long that takes is not in control of the emergency room.
Moderna and yes you can get tested here
Diagnostics opens at 7 am. I believe they close at 5.
9 AM-9PM
You would have to ask hospital
Check with the volunteer department.
No but you can stay in the room with her. The new rooms sre large and have a couch you can sleep on.
Can not answer that---sorry
They don't. Their TV is horrible.
As soon as you turn in emergency is to the left the drive thru testing is to the right it has sign letting you know where to go and on results not to sure
If your question is how to find a patient, you can call their main number and they will let you know if someone is admitted and transfer your call to their room if they're able to receive calls.
Our Gift Shop is located in the Atrium near the main entrance and is open Mon. – Fri., 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sat., 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sun., 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Yes they do take credit and debit cards. Just when you use them make sure you finish the transaction so the person.behind you don't charge their goods on your card.. you have to make sure that you hit done before you walk away because you can purchase multiple items at once instead of having to swipe your card 2 or 3 times to get everything you want
You can have all the doctors and nurses in the world working, but if it is flu season and they are filled to the brim with patients, there will be a long wait. Sometimes hospitals get so full with really sick people that they don't have any rooms to admit them to and they get stuck in the ER because they are too sick to go home; then people who are not actively dying get stuck in the waiting room for a long time. As a general rule of thumb, if you're waiting, you're not dying, and that's a good thing.
The longest I have waited was 20 minutes I know sometimes it takes longer but they are completely booked and the patients are really bad off I suggest if you don't like the hospital go elsewhere
Google says it's 22 miles to CVG
Yes, they have WiFi
Provided you are allowed to eat, you may be on a restricted diet. Your nurse should provide you with the appropriate menu
At Mercy Health – Anderson Hospital, we understand the value of including family members in the healing process of our patients. For your convenience, we would like to welcome all guests to visit us at any time the patient wishes to take advantage of our open visitation.
Ask to see the Social Worker for the Outpatient Department.
Ask for maternity, and the parking lot is obvious, but a valet service is available during certain parts of the day.
There is what looks like a parking garage ramp that goes in on the backside of the hospital. Go up that, and the parking in there is right in front of 7502.
Mercy Anderson encourages patients by allowing visitation anytime, they just ask visitors to be mindful of the time of day and other patients by keeping appropriate levels when visiting.
Did you ever figure out how to file the complaint? I need to know as well!
