I tried for days to call and talk to someone or to leave a message with no luck of anyone answering the phone and you can never leave a message because it’s always full. Therefore, I stopped by the office today at Greentree Village Apartments to give the new manager an update which would of taken less than one minute of her time. The office stated they were OPEN but the door was locked so I left. I saw the maintenance man out and I was going to ask him to let her know but he said she was in there, maybe in the restroom and to try again. I tried again, door was still locked. This time I knocked on the door and no one answered so wasn’t sure if I knocked loud enough so I knocked a little louder. I am highly disappointed and shocked by the way the new manager of Greentree Village talked to me today. She was rude and VERY disrespectful to me as a human being. She yelled about me for knocking on the door more than once because she was in a meeting. First of all, put a note on the door to not be disturbed if in a meeting. Secondly, the maintenance man is the one who told me she was in there and to try again. She ask me to come back in an hour but I live 30 minutes away so I ask if she could call me when she had time… she said “I’M IN A MEETING! Call and leave a message and I’ll call you back!” I told her the voice mailbox is full and she said, “NO IT IS NOT!!” I just walked away at this point. If she treated me this way, not even knowing who I was or what I wanted… Lord only knows how she treats her tenants. Unbelievable! All I wanted to do was give her an update. Would of only taken one minute of her time.

I really want to give this place a higher rating because it deserves it :-) but I have tried to get a hold of somebody there to speak to them about becoming a resident and I cannot get a hold of anybody. I actually called a couple of times about 4 or 5 years ago, the same thing happened around 2 years ago and the same thing today. I always left messages but would never hear back. Today I just called and when I was going to leave the message it said that the mailbox was full.. I just honestly don't understand why they cannot call me back to talk to me about what I need to do to get on the waiting list and if there is one or not etc. AC resident there a long time ago and I left there whenever they had recently done some renovations. It is a nice quiet place to live and I really appreciate that during the time that I had lived there that it had been updated a bit. From what I had heard a couple years prior to me becoming a resident there it used to be not the greatest place community wise to live in. But I guess a new manager came and cleaned up the area and got rid of residence that were doing things they weren't supposed to be doing. Things that would make families feel very unsafe to have their children around. I'd really like to talk to somebody and to become a resident again there but I just cannot seem to get a hold of anybody. Over the last 4 to 5 years not once has anybody picked up the phone. I've always had to leave a message. And as I mentioned before above nobody has ever called me back not one time. I called today and the voicemail was full so I was unable to even leave a message today. It says that the office is closed on Tuesdays and that will open on Wednesday so I will try again but after trying for over 5 years now and not ever being able to get a hold of anybody or I call back, that will look is probably not very good I wish this was not the case because this is the first place I am thinking about. I like it there and the area etc
