Signed a new lease, been here going on 5 years. Can’t complain. New staff are great in responding and following up. 9/29/2022: I'm changing my review from 5 to 1.. I moved out because I purchased a home. Today, I receive an email of a 5 day notice. Stating I need to pay August and September. Uh no, I have proof of payment and a copy of my notice to vacate. They still text asking for proof of rental insurance as well. They've changed property management like 3 times in less than a year. Instead of improving, it's horrible. Will see when they send me my deposit money.

My only problem is the Rude management lazy Maintenance men they gave me a broken washer when I move in my closet doors I haven’t been able to set them in my hallway closet since I moved them because they’re both not put up correctly I’ve been asking for them to fix things I’ve been here in June and it’s September and I’m still asking for the same thing to be fixed and I wouldn’t recommend living here because of the staff the area is very nice

I arrived at sanctuary apartments at 9:00 am to speak to manager, because my voicemail were not being returned . Than I come into the office and the on-site manager did not greet me nor did he let me know that he was the only one in the office at all or stated that he can assist me in a little bit. I was waiting in the office for 34 minutes with him not saying anything to me. However he did walk past me with no eye contact nor I’ll be with you in minute. To the corporate office stop hiring individuals that don’t have customer service skills, this is prime example of poor skills so he lied on his application.
