Worst place I have ever lived. I lived here for four years, paid my rent on time and took care of the apartment. I was going to move out but the old management pleaded with me to stay, and I just got a job down the street so I stayed. I have a service animal, not emotional support, a service animal. Yet I am being charged for fake damages they claim he caused. The management always lied about “fixing tings” and didn’t think it could get worse but boy it did. The complex behind, camelback flats, took over. The new staff say things like “we want to give you a good experience.” But they are overwhelmed and fail, miserably. Coupled with the fact that the one guy who looks nice and has a feminine manner of speech, Dino (like the flinstones) is a two faced snake in the grass. Dino will lie directly into your face, laced in his little girly way of talking. Dino told me that as long as I gave receipt of professional cleaning and carpet shampoo I would have little to no move out fees. Then once the date got closer he said that he never said that. This was infuriating. I did get this done and provided the receipt. I asked for a walk through. He tried his best to dodge this, by not showing up and not calling. Saying his days off changed and wouldn’t reschedule. When I finally badgered him enough to do it he brought an aggressive bully of a man who scared me being alone with them in the apartment- began by telling me it smelled, and he saw stains on the floor when neither were true. But they say whatever they want. They claimed they would bring in a professional to finalize but never gave receipt of it nor any evidence. Instead Dino, the garbage girly dinosaur boy, sent me a receipt claiming I need to pay $1000 to have the carpet replaced. Also that it must be done within 14 days or they will send me to collections. This place is trash. I had maintenance in my apartment 40 times in 1 year. Broken plumbing, asbestos, falling apart porches, other peoples food waste coming up into the sink, the list goes on and on. Plus the walls and flooring are so thin you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. Which is too intimate, if you catch my drift. Dino is a Two faced liar, and feels so proud he was just promoted, it’s cute. Anything they might say in reply to this is just stupid corporate lingo and lies lies lies. All of the neighbors hate this place and hate the management, they only stay because they feel stuck due to the rent not being too high, but it’s gone up $400 in one year.

The residents who live at Paradise Palms care more about our community and property than Greystar Management does. Rent is currently being raised across the board (1,2,3 bedrooms) when no changes or updates have been completed, for most units, in years. The floor plan, design, and layout of these apartments is extremely rare as well as unique and beautiful, but is being overshadowed by the cheap features management has chosen to install and well as careless workmanship overall. Since my time living at Paradise Palms, numerous trees have come down and shrubs have died due to lack of care and sufficient watering. Soon it will have to be called Paradise Palm. Emails from management state "we care about our residents" and " our residents are important to us", but these statements do not align at all with how Paradise Palms is operated by management or its owner. Residents are not asking Greystar Management for the best; we are just simply asking for better.

Would not have believed that these town homes could actually be leased were it not for the online county parcel map! Friendly leasing staff, superb maintenance, excellent landscaping, wide parking places, pet friendly. Features spacious rooms, cathedral ceiling, warm lighting, new appliances, large closets and plentiful cupboard space. Light fixtures are works of art! We enjoy the convenient shopping and our kitties enjoy all the birds that fly by our balcony! In our voluminous living room, easily installed our HD 3D TV with 5.1 channel wireless surround sound for a stunning home theater experience. For floor to floor connectivity, a wireless-AC router relayed through a CenturyLink DSL connection transmits and receives close to 52 mb/s, enough bandwidth for two streaming TVs, computers, smartphones, and wireless-AC extenders. To keep us cool in the summer with a challenging west-facing window area measuring 108" by 132", installed four extra-wide thermal blackout curtains behind and over the vertical blinds. Our thanks to our friendly apartment manager for this DIY suggestion! Ken, the maintenance supervisor, is prompt, courteous, and helpful.

Asked if eviction friendly, they are not. Extremely polite about it.

Why don't you try calling them
You shouldn't have a problem getting a place. No credit is better than bad credit in my opinion.
